Orders
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm the contract when we ship your order. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is mispriced or out of stock.
Shipping
UK orders typically ship next business day. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an item, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Email dolfinmc@gmail.com to start a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
Faulty items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you're entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods. Contact us with photos and your order number.
